Stikfas Morph Into New Robot Toys & Movie?!?

Miscellaneous: Jay Cochran - 2011.09.07
According to the site Asiaone, Stikfas might be making a return, well sorta. Stikfas creator Ban Yinh Jheow has been working with American concept designer Feng Zhu (Star Wars Episode III, Transformers) on a project, called Metalgraves.

Metalgraves is based on robots that roam the planet like dinosaurs while the rest of civilization has been reduced to nomadic tribes set in a distant, post-apocalyptic future. The hope is either a live-action or computer-animated movie can be developed based on this concept and that toys for the movie will be designed by Mr. Ban.

Mr Feng said that "millions of dollars" of private funding has gone into Metalgraves since work began in April last year, with a team of 10 mainly based here.

The line of robot toys would consist of six figures, including complex ball-and-joint models that echo Stikfas' simpler toys.
