WAYNE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 2, 2006--Toys "R" Us, Inc. today announced that Toysrus.com
has prevailed in its litigation with Amazon.com
in a suit that was filed in May 2004. The decision will be rendered today by the Chancery Court in New Jersey. Pursuant to the company's original litigation objective, the verdict severs the August 2000 agreement between the two companies and allows Toysrus.com to run an independent retail website.
