No doubt, they are re-using parts from one figure to the next. Look at Dr. Impossible's cape and Mr. Miracle's cape. They are exactly the same.
The most important thing is that the figures look great regardless.

I really wish the BAF was a cooler character as that's a great line-up there. Mr. Miracle, Killer Moth, Hawkman, and the snazziest dresser, Captain Marvel? Very nice. |
