Batman Arkham Asylum Toyline From DC Direct Being Revealed In June

DC Comics: Jay Cochran - 2010.05.12
This print ad (See Below) for June's issue of ToyFare magazine reveals that they will be debuting a new line of DC Direct products based on the "Batman: Arkham Asylum" video game that came out last year for console systems like Xbox 360 and PS3. ToyFare will premiere this new toyline in their issue slated to come out in comic shops on June 9, and newstands on June 23. The issue number listed in the ad says #157, but since #155 just came out this month, I believe it should actually be #156 that these will be debuting in. DC Direct will more than likely also be releasing online images and info for these in their June Solicitations. The image in the ad appears to be that of the previously announced Batman: Arkham Asylum statue, which is also coming from DC Direct.

A sequel for the video game is also in the works and was announced last December. For more on that, click here.
