Damn I only wanted Wonder Woman for custom purposes but at that price, %#$$ it!
I think Chinese sellers will have the original on ebay, no weapons, for pretty cheep, if that's what you want her for. At least I've seen it in the past.

Damn... I am curious to see how much Doomsday will cost if this is going for $40...
im betting anywhere between $75-100. $50 would be fine with me, but I dont see it happening. And, of course, to expect it to cost the same as the containment suit would be naive

The price of these will make me a non-buyer.
My God...
I was going to ask how Mattel could sleep at night offering this thing, but I imagine its going to be on a giant stack of cash and giggling like a school girl.
When all is said and done, Mattel is asking you to plunk down forty dollars for this abomination! I would hope that anyone that could be suckered into doing so would have a family who cared enough to have them declared legally incompetent and a their finances monitored by some other authority.
I guess if we didn't get the Legion set when we did, we might be seeing Proty with a similar price tag!
Every time I look at this one I just think of Superman in Mighty Mouse's costume. That being said, I might be tempted by this one if it were on a peg for 14.99. For thirty plus...? No way.
I get the joke and what they're going for with this one. Maybe if this was on a peg for 9.99... or even 14.99...I might get it for the pure lark of it. For thirty plus... no way.
I'm a big Super Powers guy, but all of these last few figures have one huge major strike against them and that's the thirty-plus bucks that they're going to cost.
With this in mind, I look at this Wonder Woman and I look at the one I already have and I say, "Nah. I'm good."
I watched Pixel Dan's review of the superman figure. The thing I don't like is they didn't pack the figure in a clamshell packaging like the 12 inch GG Star Wars figures, really dumb move. You have to rip the figure off the card. Man, sucks for MISB collectors. I am not a big DC guy but still, Mattel should have thought this out better.
