DC Comic C3 Mini-Flyers Still A Go

DC Comics: Jay Cochran - 2005.01.19

Previews had the following on their cancelation list.

"Playalong: SEP043642 U C3 DC POD & FIGURE SETS 4"

The code "4" at the end means canceled by publisher. This in turn as caused rumors to run amok that the DC Comic C3 Mini-Flyer sets from Art Asylum had been canceled, and in fact the entire C3 line may be in jeopardy.

So we went to Art Asylum's own Adam Unger, and asked him what was up? Here is what he had to say:

"not true....spring product is shipping now, have some specials being worked out with different retailers to give them some special product leading up to the movie."

The movie being the upcoming "Batman Begins" blockbuster from Warner Brothers. We then asked specifically about the Previews listing. Here is what he had to say:

"We moved the shipdate. they will be relisting"

So there you have it, straight from the preverbial horses mouth. If you are unfamiliar with C3, then we suggest you check out Shaun Wong's recent REVIEW of the C3 Justice League Throne Room Battle.
