TheAnimeNewsNetwork.com has reported that Shueisha's V Jump magazine revealed the name and key visual art for the upcoming 2015 Dragon Ball Z film. Following the success of Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods which was released earlier this year, the new movie which will tell a new story is being called Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu no F (Dragon Ball Z: F Is For Fukkatsu, or 'resurrection').

The synopsis for the new movie translated from Japanese is as follows:

“An Earth where peace has arrived. However, remnants of Frieza’s army Sorbet and Tagoma arrive on the planet. Their goal is to revive Frieza with the dragon balls. Their dastardly wish is granted, the “F” that plans its revenge against the Saiyans is revived…!”

Two new characters who were designed by the Dragon Ball Z Manga creator Akira Toriyama will be introduced in the movie as well, their names are Sorbet and Tagoma.

Toriyama created the original concept, screenplay and character designs of the new movie and it will be directed by Tadayoshi Yamamuro. Look for it to be released overseas in April 2015.
