G.I.Joe vs. Cobra Vehicles With Figures In 2008

Here is a look at some of the upcoming G.I.Joe vs. Cobra vehicles Hasbro will be releasing in 2008.

- Serpentor's Air Chariot w/Serpentor vs. Armadillo Tank w/Steeler (Serpentor not shown)

- Ram w/Breaker vs. Cobra Trouble Bubble w/Tele-Viper (Breaker not shown)

- Vamp Jeep w/Clutch

- Hiss Tank w/Rip-It

For those who have been wondering if the figure shown HERE is Steeler or Breaker, we went to Hasbro's G.I.Joe Brand Manager Neal Hoffman for clarification. According to him, this figure is Steeler and will come with the Armadillo Tank. There will be a Breaker figure which has not been shown yet that will come with the RAM motorcycle.

As we previously reported, the HISS tank slated to come out will be based on the original "RAH" mold and not the more recently released "DTC" version.

Look for these to have an approximate retail price of $19.99 and to start hitting shelves in June 2008 with additional waves being released throughout the year.

Thanks to Neal for taking the time to clarify these line-ups for us.

uh oh, Tele-Viper and Clutch have these new leg joints as well... not sure how I feel about that. Maybe it's just a prototype thing.

So, Steeler's taken a step down, tankwise (is that a word?). He get's the little bity Armadillo. Aw, how cute. Seems like a waste for a guy that's supposed to be THE tank guy on the team. Oh well. I'll probably still get the set if only for Serpentor and his Chariot.

Yeah for the original HISS tank. I know TARGET is releasing a blue one but I'd much rather have the original in black. I'd buy the DTC version but not unless Hasbro actually puts a working rear access door on the back of it like they originally planned.
