TNI: Will the Snake-Eyes and Timber Combat Heroes figures be exclusive to only SDCC or will they later be made available as part of a future Combat Heroes figure assortment?
Hasbro: This two pack will remain exclusive for ComiCon. If we use these figures again in the future, they will be different versions.
TNI: There have been indications that the Major Bludd figure was orginally going to have a removable helmet. Is that true and, if so, why was it changed? Also, why the decision not to have any articulation on his artificial arm?
Hasbro: The decision to limit articulation on Major Bludd's arm was done as a tribute to the 80's product. He does have wrist articulation. The decision was made by the design team to keep the helmet on the figure, early images were leaked of a prototype.
TNI: Is IDW the new holder of the comic book license and, if so, when can we expect the first issue from them to come out? Will it continue from the Marvel/DDP series or start from scratch? (Note: This question was sent in before last week's announcement from IDW was made.)
Hasbro: We are pleased to annouce that IDW does have the GI Joe license. We are still working out the specifics of the comics plan.
TNI: Will the Steeler that comes with the Armadillo tank come with his signature visor? If not, why was it left out?
Hasbro: Steeler will not come with his visor as we had to make some tough decisions in order to pack 2 figures and 2 vehicles into a pack with a SRP of $14.99
TNI: We have seen print ads for the 25th Anniversary line that show a Conquest X-30 and a white Sharc. Are these in fact new upcoming vehicles, and if so will that come with any figures and which figures?
Hasbro: The future of these two vehicles will be revealed at JoeCon in June.
