I kinda wonder if WB should ALWAYS be in his less-than-practical Cartoon Colors. Does anybody really have found memories of Bill from the comic book (other than the time he almost gave Duke a heart attack when landing the Dragonfly?). Beachhead's extra head is a nice touch, but a little strange. We didn't often, if ever, see him with his mask down like that. And it looks like he doesn't have his backpack which is what I would rather see.
