Being a late-80s kid, I grew up with Vipers being the symbolic Cobra soldier, emphasised heavily in the second season of GI Joe, middle-of-the-run issues of the comics and other media. I know I sort of missed the boat on this one, but I'll contribute my two cents: I found Resolute Duke, Cobra Commander and the Trooper at my local Target in New York, and let me tell you that is like stealing the Arc of the Covenant back from the Nazis. I found the wave at wallys a few days ago. I was MOSTLY excited for Duke. Now im not. Pics on the web looked great, but once I got him Im not that impressed. To me Duke should always be one of the "Flagship" figures, a figure that shows what the line is about. This is still a good figure, ... read more
