New G.I.Joe: Rise of Cobra Figure Images Hit The Net Including Firefly & BBQ

More G.I.Joe: Rise of Cobra figure images have hit the net thank to eBay. Most of these appear to be expanded universe type characters, which means they are labled as movie characters but don't actually appear in the movie. Most noteable in the bunch are Firefly which appears to possibly be a Toys R' Us exclusive and Barbecue which is a simple repaint of the 25th Anniversary version.

UPDATE: New better quality images for these figures have been added. Also it now appears that both Firefly and Barbecue will be TRU exclusives.

I've never been that big into movie toys, so the actual movie looks don't hold that much interest for me. I can totally see picking up some of the armored people to use in various customs, but only if they go on sale. At full price, I could see popping for a few of the not-in-25th characters... read more
