The new expansion set is really shaping up and looks like Cobra is going to strike hard and fast with the revealing of their two latest cards.
First up is the Cobra Hiss Tank!
With Vypra, GI JOE TCG players were given just a taste of what the new Cobra decks have to offer in Armored Strike. Players may be spoiled with the ability to replace land vehicles she's manning with ones in your discard pile. But what good is this ability if we don’t know much about these Cobra vehicles? Well, wait no further than this article to take a look at one of the biggest, bulkiest, massively deadly vehicles in Cobra’s arsenal: the HISS Tank!
The HISS (HIgh Speed Sentry) Tank is going to give Cobra one of the best units they’ve had since Storm Shadow, Ninja Leader. For the amazing cost of 5 supply points, the HISS Tank will have an easy time plowing through Joe soldiers. This is the biggest unit we’ve seen, not only in supply point cost but in its 15 Power as well. As a beast of a card, the HISS Tank will cause most players to reevaluate the way they build their decks. With its cost-5, it will make players pick and choose their other units more carefully, since they won’t want to overextend their own deck during setup. The HISS Tank could easily force a player not to deploy as many soldiers as normal -- which could be very bad, or very good, depending on your deck design.

The next vehicle that Cobra is revealing is the Cobra Water Moccasin!
By now we’ve seen an air vehicle, land vehicle, and a land vehicle driver, but what about those nifty vehicles that travel by sea? Wait no longer, because we now take a look at the Water Moccasin. The Moccasin is a smaller vehicle, but a worthwhile one with its ability to take down a bigger vehicle at its owner's discretion.
The Water Moccasin comes into play for only two supply points and 5 Power when manned, but unfortunately only 2 Power when unmanned. The Boost values for this unit are +5 for Gold, and +3 for Purple and Gray. Not the greatest, but still pretty good for a Gold card, since many Gold units already have high Boosts.
