Here is how Tony describes the making of these figures:
"Rocksteady:
Modified ML Bishop with Sabertooth legs fixed on and all other details sculpted, head from original Rocksteady figure with sculpted on details. Painted with Vallejo Acrylics Game Colors.
Bepop:
Modified ML Bishop with all details sculpted, head from original Bebop figure with sculpted on details and real metal chains for waist and necklace. Painted with Vallejo Acrylics Game Colors."
