Here is how GIJoeKing65 describes the making of this custom:

"Been wanting to get this one done for awhile given the love I have for the 25th BATS. Can you place the big structure against the back wall, that is what playset it came from? It will be a while before I can get to any more. I have a few more Cobra levels I want to complete (HISS motorpool, mocasin bay, MARS vehicle bay with troops and R&D Center, Mindbender's genetics Lab with Brainwave Scanner for Dr. Venom if we get him from the Collector's Club (finger's crossed.) but I am getting anxious to start on the Joe stuff too.
