This week's TNI Cool Custom figure is of custom G.I. Joe Rise of Cobra Spirit figure by TigerBoy.

Here is how TigerBoy describes the making of this figure:

"I originally designated the head to be for a Serpentor custom. But the color and shape were more like a native-american. So I used the Triple H hair, and adjust it to the head. I also shorten the forearms. I don't like the way they look; long and skinny. I may do the same for my other 'Reactive Armor' figures.

Added some axes, and ....DONE!!!"
