GIJoe 25th Anniversary Corrected Colors Stalker Figure Found At Retail

by Jay Cochran
October 09, 2007
TNI Board member Cr0w let us know that he found the GIJoe 25th Anniversary Stalker figure with corrected color scheme at his local Wal-Mart store. As we reported the other week, there are two versions of the Stalker figure shipping in wave 3 assortments. One with the lighter green color camo patterns that was released first and the other corrected version which is more true to the original RAH with darker green colors. Shown below are images of both figures he found. Thanks to Cr0w for the heads up.

Found a butt load at Wave 3 at Wal Mart tonight. I grabbed another set plus a extra green Stalker to open. SInce I think I will leave the yellow carded I found last week. Honestly I think neither is that good color wise. The green one is still off imo.

What I find puzzling is why a bunch of retail shops get the Wave 3 figures, but online retailers like BBTS haven't gotten all of theirs yet. I am still waiting for my Wave 3 preorder becasue only a few came in so far and they were shipped out to those who made the first preorders. I preordered VERY early, so the fact that I don't have mine yet means that Hasbro has so far provided very few to the online retailers.

You know I m thinking the same think. I ordered Wave 2 and 3 from BBTS and still nothing.

Finally found Wave 3 today at Walmart! They had 2 full cases out on the pegs. Picked up one of each (except the rereleases) including sea-sick Zartan and dark green Stalker. Not sure which version of Shipwreck I have. Didn't know there was more than one until a few mins ago.
