i've never bought a dc figure before, cause i usually just get the marvel legends line. anyhow, i want to start collecting dc figures just to have a marvel vs dc display, but does anybody know if the scales of both line are similar? get back at me somebody

I have the latest Captain America from ML lined up with my DCUC stuff now and he fits right in. I'll try to get some pics up later.

Ok wave 3 I may wind up ordering a case of ... Though I only really care about the Grundy & GLs robin and nightwing are good enough deathstroke or whatever has always been a lamer to me though, I sort of feel the same way about nightwing most of the time but everynow and then he is cool, & he at least has a decent looking outfit unlike toucan sam over there!

don't get me wrong, he was gonna be done regardless, I'm just glad they got him out of the way early (and got him right the first time), so they can do characters I actually wanna buy.

Cool lineup, the only one that's a dud is Hal Jordan, but that's because he's a boring character who doesn't do anything but make green fists, and murder everybody.

I'll customize him into an INTERESTING character.

wow, you really don't hear enough of that. glad someone else said it. I concur.

Wow. Hasbro really needs to play catch-up with their Marvel Legends line now.

How can they make Deathstroke and not Lobo? Dumb.

I don't think it's dumb since both Nightwing and Robin, two people who constantly battle Deathstroke, are in this wave as well.

I know what you mean though. We can't have one killer, but get another instead.

Deathstroke also supposedly has sex with underage girls, like terra. I don't think Lobo has done that in comics.

I think Deathstorke can be made because he is a bad guy. Lobo is an anti-hero and because of that, Mattel or Time Warner probably thinks that kids may get the wrong ideal of a superhero doing bad things/

I know the Lobo issue has been beaten to death and that we can all talk it in circles until we're blue in the face but...they gave us Etrigan, a Demon from Hell (often times on the side of the heroes - more often than Lobo as far as my memory/experience recalls.) in the very first wave. A Demon. From Hell. It even says so on the package. The implications alone would lend one to believe a Demon from Hell would have to do some pretty nasty stuff on a daily basis. Anyone ever read Dante's Inferno?

Imagine a parent in a Bible belt state, or Utah, or somewhere like that, picking that one up off the shelf and reading the packaging. Some folks can be pretty touchy about that type of thing.

That said, I think the Lobo issues (excuses) are pretty lame.

Maybe they released Etrigan as a pre-emptive test. If they can get that guy made without a loud public outcry, Lobo should be a cinch.
