Toy Fair 2015: Playmates Toys Nickelodeon TMNT Basic Figures, Vehicles & Playset Press Images

We showed you images of these from the Playmates Toys showroom at the 2015 New York Toy Fair earlier today and now we have some press images and descriptions to share with you.

Based off the hit Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles show on Nickelodeon, Playmates Toys' basic action figure assortment continues to grow with the addition of more than 25 new action figures in 2015, including some of the most beloved characters from the original 1990's series.

• The highly detailed action figures are fully articulated and uniquely sculpted, with heights ranging from 4" to 5.5". Each figure is equipped with unique accessories and is compatible with most of the vehicles and playsets in the line.

• Spring release includes: Bebop, Rocksteady, Mystic Turtles, Tur-Flytle, Stockman-Fly, Head Droppin' Turtles, Newly Decorated Turtles and Karai-Serpent

• Fall release includes: Monkey Brains, Mondo Gecko, Atilla, Savage Mikey, Napoleon Bonafrog, Dark Beaver, Dire Beaver, Dimension X Turtles, Mozar the Triceraton, Mutant Shredders and Fugitoid

Muckman is also shown but we are not sure when it will be released.


For vehicles besides the Party Wagon and T-Rawket we will also see release of the Pizza Thrower.

• All the Turtles can take a ride on this punishing pizza pummeler.

• To keep the streets safe, the vehicle rolls into action with a motorized perpetual pizza flinger, flinging pizzas at anyone that gets in its way.

• Includes 10 pizza discs

• Compatible with most Turtles basic action figures (sold separately)

Finally Playmates will be re-releasing their Sewer Lair Playset with a few new additions including electronic sounds.

• Standing 42 inches tall and resembling the Sewer Lair that is home to the Turtles in the TV show, the Secret Sewer Lair features more than 20 exciting Ninja actions, and is now updated to include over 30 sounds and phrases which add to the battle in the Turtles' Lair!

• This playset will have kids creating their own Lair of excitement as they become the leader of the pack, swinging into action, training the Turtles and defeating Shredder once and for all!

• Features include a zip line, spring loaded projectile, floors that fall out, an effigy of Shredder for the Turtles to practice their ninja skills and much, much more!
