Got it. At firts I thought this line was like a wild west line with some futuristics bits, but after a quick search I learned it's a generic wild west with some artistic liberties.

umm no it is literally their take onhttps://www.yojoe.com/action/92/wildbill2.shtml

the creator of these is a G.I. Joe fan

if these were 6 inch I'd be tempted to grab some to use for Modding Marvel Legends, you can use that Buck 7 all white with one of those most wanted heads to make Phantom Rider! just add cape, infact Boot Loot 7 does it for you, Buck 10 could be used for a Kid Colt, but to bad they are so small, but I love seeing a company like this prosper good for them, I don't know anyone who collects these though

you know what's throwing me off on him? the sunglasses. 'like you, I understand they aren't going for ultra realism...but, um, didn't they just basically make a new Wild Bill figure?

yep they surreptitiously made G.I. Joe Wild Bill

Were there no sunglasses in the mid/late 1800's?

Sunglasses like that didn't exist until the late 1920s.

Colors on the cavalry officer seem a little too vibrant. I know it's "Dime Novel Legends" and not "Historically Accurate Legends," but it still looks a bit odd to me.
