BigBadToyStore.com informs us that Mattel has contacted them to tell them their has been some big changes with their new line of 6" DC Universe All-Stars.

Basically what it boils down to is the original 3 waves that had been solicitated:

Wave 1:
- Batman Beyond
- Flashpoint Plastic Man
- Larfleeze (which was shown at NYCC)
- Superboy Prime

Wave 2:
- Flash (JLA)
- Red Robin
- Supergirl
- Superman (JLA)

Wave 3:
- Batgirl
- Batman (JLA)
- Hawkman
- Steel with Hammer

have all been CANCELED. In their place a NEW WAVE 1 has been announced to include the following figures.

New Wave 1:
- Red Robin
- Superboy Prime
- Batman (JLA)
- Superman (JLA

As to what will happen to the other figures originally solicited, that is UNKNOWN. It's possible they could be re-solicitated or maybe offered directly though MattyCollector. At this point anything other than what is stated above is simply speculation, but I am sure Mattel will get around to releasing a statement to the public at some point about what they have planned.
