UPDATE: Earlier this week we told you how DC Collectibles wanted to hear from any of you who were having breakage issues with your newly purchased 6" Batman: The Animated Series/The New Batman Adventures figures in hopes of rectifying any problems as quickly as possible.
They have gone on to inform us that their production team is currently working to fix the quality issues that caused some problems with the first wave.
While we understand the frustration some of you have felt with your figures breaking, we also commend DC Collectibles for taking steps to try and resolve these issues as quickly as possible and take steps to prevent the issues from being a problem for future figures.

We also recommend that you use a blow dryer on your figures when you first open them to loosen the joints on them before you start posing them. We have found this can significantly reduce the chances of the figures breaking.
We personally hope this new line of figures continues for some time, and that DC Collectibles is successful in addressing the problems this first wave had. We look forward to reviewing the next wave once they are released and hearing from you all about your experience with them.
