Some DC Multiverse 7" Arkham Batman And Joker In-Hand Images

by Jay Cochran

Johnson alerts us to these in-hand images that have surfaced online (sorry we don't know the original source) giving us in-hand looks of the new 7" DC Multiverse Arkham video game Batman and Joker figures from McFarlane Toys.

While I have seen reports indicating the recent two DC Multiverse Wonder Woman figures have started hitting shelves, I don't think these two have just yet, but should be out soon. These figures are available for pre-order from our sponsor BigBadToyStore.com.

Joker seems to be the best one in this line...does not matter what proportions you give the guy..he normally looks sick

You know, I have to wonder if McFarlane will do the Armoured Batman and Catwoman suits from the Wii U version of Batman: Arkham City. I mean, I know Mattel made a 4" Armoured Batman in their 4" DC Multiverse line back then, but it was basically a repaint of the regular Batman: Arkham City figure, with no new sculpted parts at all. And while it was a decent job sort of giving the look of the design, I would of preferred a newly sculpted figure to have the armour sculpted instead of painted on.

I was disappointed back then thatMattel oreven DC Direct/Collectibles never made the Armoured versions of Batman and Catwoman in the6"-7" scale. And unless DC Direct decides to do some sort of Anniversary release to celebrate the Arkham games, I doubt they'll do these designs. So if McFarlane does those designs, I may consider it, even there have been some design choice issues I havewith some of the McFarlane DC Stuff.

The Joker is decent but like others here have said that Batman just doesn't look right. The legs are just too thin, face seems off to me, just an overall unimpressive figure. Hopefully we'll get to see that Azreal that was shown at NYCC.

I find the comic Batman and Superman figures from McFarlane also to disproportionately awkward looking. The legs are way too short! How does this get through production??

Wow. Batman skipped leg day. Hard pass.

Nosferatuman62172 - 2020-04-17 @ 10:05 pm

His legs look too small compared to the rest of his body.

This line man. This hardy here has such odd proportions. The Joker looks alright, but idk just a little off for me.
