AdventureGamers.com has uncovered some news about the possible return of Leisure Suit Larry to the world of PC video games. The clues of the possible new game have turned up on a cover for Computer Gaming magazine. Details about the game are scant, but according to AdventureGamers.com, the title will feature Grand Theft Auto-like free-roaming gameplay. If this game does come into being, it would be the 8th installment of the adventures of Larry Laffer. The Leisure Suit Larry adventure games orginally started out in the 80's through the company Sierra who also relased other classic adventure game titles like King's Quest and Space Quest. Al Lowe who was the orginal creator of the Larry games has been reported as having nothing to do with the development of this newest game. The goal of the previous games was to see if Larry could get lucky in love. Specific details of this newest game have yet to be reveald, and in fact there is no offical confirmation that the game will even see release, but as a fan of the orginal games I can say that my fingers are crossed.
