The Center of the Toy Universe(tm) Becomes the Center of the Halo 2 Universe at Midnight

WHAT: The epic saga continues. Toys "R" Us Times Square will open its doors at 12:01am on November 9, giving gamers a chance to pick up the very first copy of the highly anticipated sequel to the critically acclaimed Halo®: Combat Evolved from Microsoft Game Studios. Throughout the evening, midnight madness will ensue with special guest appearances and prizes will be awarded for gamers showing off their Halo 2 enthusiasm. A number of gamers will even get an early hands-on experience with Halo 2 while awaiting the stroke of midnight, and two lucky attendees will be selected to receive a full figure Master Chief statue.

Pushing Xbox® hardware to its very limits, Halo 2 will expand on everything that made the original game great, plus add a wealth of technological and gameplay advances. Every improvement in Halo 2 is designed to take gameplay to a new level - and in the end, to tell a more compelling story.
