Video Game Heroes from Ancient China Will Reemerge for the Tactical Action Sequel
Burlingame, CA – December 14, 2004 – KOEI, recognized worldwide as a publisher of strategy and action games, today announced the development of DYNASTY WARRIORS®5 for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system. DYNASTY WARRIORS 5 marks the next full installment to the Tactical Action series that has consistently won praise from gamers across the globe. The last game in the series, Dynasty Warriors 4, has already claimed Sony Computer Entertainment America’s “Greatest Hits” status.
A March 2005 release is planned for North America, while the Japanese release is tentatively scheduled for February 24th, 2005. DYNASTY WARRIORS 5 is currently under development by KOEI’s internal team, Omega Force. The ESRB rating is pending-“RP” (Rating Pending).
