Albeit in Japanese, Square-Enix has opened a new site for it's newest MMORPG.

The game, scheduled for release some time in 2005, will borrow heavily from Square's previous MMORPG, Final Fantasy XI, as well as Lineage, but with an anime style associated more closely to classic Square and Enix games.

You will choose one of five continents to start from, and it will feature the familiar Final Fantasy Crystal as the source of all life and creator of the world. Each continent is ruled by a king that you play under, but you can build your own fortress in the game.

Fantasy Earth will be available in Japan fopr the PC. No console version and no release outside of Japan have been announced, but it is expected.
