Released on 28 December, SCEJ's Gran Turismo 4 shipped 1 million copies in the first two days of its release. Released almost three years after Gran Turismo 3 A-spec, the 4th game in the ever popular driving simulation series reached 1 million shipments 1 day quicker than its previous incarnation. Total worldwide shipments of the series has now passed 36 million units.
Future releases in the series have been revealed by series producer Yamauchi, including "GT for Boys", a version aimed at children, and "Gran Turismo Mobile" for the PSP.
Now the wait for the US release in the Spring............
