Star Wars Galaxies: Episode III Rage of the Wookiees expands the Star Wars Galaxies universe by adding a wealth of new content inspired by Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. The Episode III related content will include the familiar Wookiee planet of Kashyyyk, including creatures, vehicles and starcraft all making their first appearance in the final highly anticipated prequel movie this May.

On the adventure planet of Kashyyyk, players will be introduced to a number of immersive points of interest through multi-layered missions and directed narrative content. Missions will take players across the planet and into space while engrossing them in the fiction of the Wookiees and their nemesis, the Trandoshan Slavers.

The Rage of the Wookiees expansion also features the new gameplay mechanic of Space Mining. Players can obtain mining equipment and abilities by completing a series of story driven quests originating on the new planet and space sector of Kashyyyk. This mining equipment can be used throughout all 11 space sectors to find and recover the precious natural resources of space.

In addition to the plentiful new Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith content, Exploring Kashyyyk introduces Cybernetics to the game. Drawing heavily from the fiction of the new trilogy, players will be able to replace body parts with cybernetics, improving their performance and resilience in battle.
