The folks at Super7 announced in their latest Supercast episode that the Masters Of The Universe Ultimate figures will be shipping by June 31, 2017. They also announced the first wave of MOTU Classic figures will go up for pre-order on May 5th, 2017. They say they will be implementing a payment system that will allow folks to spread out payments over multiple months and will allow you to buy extra characters once you have purchased the initial wave.
