The Masters Of The Universe MOTUNIVERSE Fan Convention Kicks Of This Month From May 23-24

The MOTUNIVERSE Fan Convention is the newest dedicated grassroots gathering celebrating all eras of the Masters of the Universe and She-Ra: Princess of Power franchises. This immersive event will gather legendary creators, vendors, collectors, and enthusiasts under one roof. The flagship convention coincides with a massive pre-launch celebration alongside Amazon MGM Studios for the highly anticipated live-action theatrical film.

Taking place Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24 (Memorial Day Weekend), the event will be hosted at the Torrance Marriott Redondo Beach in Torrance, California. Passes are available at the MOTUNIVERSE Memberships portal, featuring $35 Saturday passes, $25 Sunday passes, $50 standard weekend passes, and $100 VIP packages. Children under 10 enter free.

Attendees include Alan Oppenheimer, the legendary original voice actor for Skeletor, Man-At-Arms, and Battle Cat. Melendy Britt, the original voice actress behind Princess Adora and She-Ra will also be there.

Fans can also meet Rudy Obrero, the iconic packaging illustrator responsible for the original 1980s Mattel box art and William Stout, the renowned production designer for the classic 1987 live-action movie. Also attending and from that film is Anthony De Longis, who portrayed Blade. He will be hosting live weapons demonstrations.

Tim Sheridan and Joshua Sky, the comic book writers currently steering the modern lore of Eternia will also be at the convention.

Other attractions include the amazing Bone Throne. An official collaboration with Amazon MGM Studios, it will allow fans to pose on Skeletor’s iconic movie throne. There will also be a dedicated marketplace hosting independent vintage vendors, modern custom toy makers, and custom comic illustrators.
