Sideshow Collectibles is proud to announce that it has received exclusive North American distribution rights to Hot Toys 12" and 1:6th scale fully posable model kits, beginning with two immortal characters from the popular Rambo film series. Hot Toys is a Hong Kong based company best known for designing and manufacturing highly detailed toy merchandise to a worldwide market. Sideshow Collectibles, the world's leading manufacturer of licensed and proprietary collectibles, chose this relationship stemming from a mutual respect for Hot Toys' finely crafted products.
The Sideshow/Hot Toys new alliance will kick off with pre-orders of two of the most popular characters of the Rambo pantheon: Rambo (played by Sylvester Stallone) from First Blood: Part 2, the second film of the (three)-part series, and a 12-inch Col. Trautman, played by Richard Crenna. Rambo features an innovative muscular body with hidden articulation, plus a full complement of weapons and accessories-including his bow and arrows. Both figures have a suggested retail price of $65, and are scheduled for delivery in the first quarter of 2006.

Anzalone praised Hot Toys' extensive distribution network in Asia, adding "It can be very difficult and expensive to obtain their products in North America.
