The Dragon ball is a great accessory! I think there are a few characters that deserve release more than Ginyu. Like Imperfect Cell, or Hit.

Tamashii Nations has released official images for their upcoming S.H. Figuarts Captain Ginyu Saga: Captain Ginyu which stands around 6.7" tall and will include three headssculpts, an alternate battle damaged chest, multiple hands, and a four star Dragon Ball. The overseas release date for this one is listed as July 2020. Check out the new images below.
