Thanks to IGN for the reveal, A new batch of figures and playsets based on the Super Mario Bros. Movie has been announced. The lineup of new 5-inch figures from Jakks Pacific includes Cart Racer Princess Peach, Tanooki Mario, Cat Mario and Kamek Figures which retail for $19.99 each. A Donkey Kong Stadium and retails for $19.99 it includes a 1.25 Donkey Kong figure and opens to reveal the fighting arena featured in the animated movie. While, Bowsers Island Castle which retails for $29.99 comes with a 1.25 Bowser figure and includes jail cells and a trapdoor. plus much more. This set of toys will be available exclusively at Target in the US, and is slated to release in July.

Just got Mario and Luigi yesterday, these figures look great! super impressed with these, saw Bowser as well, but no Peach or Toad on the shelves, Bowser is massive, I passed for now, just really liked the Two mario bros, they can be movie and game figures since they did them so accurate to the game.
everything looks pretty great. i like that the designs are classic

I've never been a Mario toy collector despite actually being kinda tempted by some of the more recent offerings, but this looks like some of the nicer Mario figures, and likely won't be a high price point, I might just collect this series, the Bowser recently revealed looks really cool as well.
