Yeah this is an update, it looks to be a bit more detailed and colors darker? , it does look better than the original release, but seems sort of unnecessary for those who already have the first one. I would have liked to see some new stuff in the Del Toro figure series , It would have been really cool to get a Crimson Peak ghosts like Enola, Pamela or Margaret, Edith;s mother or Lady Sharpe, or the Mimic cockroach monster, I do hope they continue this series because the figures look really good

It has a new headsculpt and updated paint apps.
