Did black manta ever actually get into Walmart stores. I never saw any hint of it.
So is the Super Powers line now no longer an exclusive to Wal-Mart? I think the chain is so big that distribution is all over the place. Some stores are filled with the figures, while others have few or none. Wal-Mart is actually worse than Target in this respect and as we all know, Target isn't what it used to be.
Our Sponsor Entertainment Earth has a case listing for McFarlane Toys DC Super Powers Wave 4 4-Inch Scale Revision 1 Action Figures Case of 6 Figures featuring 3 Detective Batmans', Tim Drake Robin, Aquaman and Black Manta! Black Manta was a previously released Walmart Exclusive! Suggested retail proce for the case is $59.99.
Okay, so after getting this in hand I noticed something I missed looking at the images. That nightwing key art is one of the laziest repaints I've ever seen. The figure is great but come on, Todd you can do better
Shown below are official images for the new DC Super Powers Reverse Flash 5" figure coming from McFarlane Toys which is being sold as a Walmart exclusive. The figure is currently listed on the Walmart website but not yet available for purchase.

I don't collect this line but the Peacemaker set even looks tempting to me

Trying not to pre-order things that I expect I'll be able to find in store, but caved on the Nightwing and Black Batsuit Batman. The rest I can live with if they never make it into my collection, but I don't want to miss those two.

here's my current collection, I don't actively search these out, just if I come across one that I don't have I'll snag it up, but won't pay more then like 2-3 bucks for one, I have a few capes, but since I don't have Capes for all of them I just took em all off to make for unity.
crazy thing is though most of these are from when I was a kid, only ones I actually bought later is the White one and I had to buy back the Yellow Diver one.
The six pack we want.... Well, eight pack
