You're probably right, but I'm of two minds if that's the case. On the one hand, it's such a "who?" moment, even though looking it up I have those issues he first appeared in. On the other hand, it would for once give an actual character reason for why there's a glowy element to one of Todd's blacklight/glow-in-the-dark releases.
I already have the 2 pack Target exclusive so no need for this but does look good in that black lighting. This will be an exclusive for sure.
