We have some fairly exciting news to share you today on the rumor front for upcoming McFarlane Toys DC figure releases. This info comes from a friend of the site who's information I trust as being reliable that they have shared with us. That being said, these have not yet been confirmed by McFarlane Toys so we will treat them as rumor at this time.

- 7in DC Deluxe Theatrical Edition Brandon Routh Superman Figure
- 7in DC Deluxe Theatrical Edition Christopher Reeve Superman Figure
- 7in DC Deluxe Theatrical Edition Henry Cavill Superman Figure

- 7in DC Deluxe Theatrical Edition Supergirl Milly Alcock (new movie)
- 7in DC Deluxe Theatrical Edition Lobo (new Supergirl movie)
- 7in DC Deluxe Theatrical Edition Lobo's Bike (new Supergirl movie)

- 7in DC Melissa Benoist Supergirl (CW Series)

- 7in DC Deluxe Theatrical Edition 89 Joker (Jack Nicholson "Inspired") with removable hat

Then for comic book based stuff:

- DC 7in Robin (Based on Teen Titans Issue 41)

The remaining ones we told you about the other day, but just to recap:

- DC Multiverse 7in Starman (Jack Knight)
- DC Multiverse 7in Shazam (Power Of Shazam)
- DC Multiverse 7in Ice
- DC Multiverse 7in Lar Freeze (DC Classic)
- DC Multiverse 7in Black Condor (DC Classic) Red Platinum
- DC Multiverse 7in Gangbuster (DC Classic) Red Platinum

- DC Multiverse 7in Batman (Hush Two)
- DC Multiverse 7in Damien Batman (Bethlehem)
- DC Multiverse 7in 90's Batman
- DC Multiverse 7in White Lantern Batman (Brightest Day)
- DC Multiverse 7in Batman (Injustice Gang)

- DC Multiverse Mongul vs Kryptonian Suit Superman

Some things to note about these listings. The images below are for reference purposes only and the figures could differ. For instance, I am assuming the Brandon Routh Superman will be based on the Superman Returns movie costume and not the one he wore in the CW shows. The Melissa Benoist Supergirl wore two different outfits in the series, one with pants and the other with skirt, so I assume this will be the skirt version.

Also note that for the 89 Joker figure listing it says Jack Nicholson "Inspired". This suggests the figure due to likeness rights might not actually look like Jack Nicholson. Hopefully it will look close enough but only time will tell.

Am I the only one that still wants a Helen Slater Supergirl?

Definitely not alone there. Fingers crossed that we somehow get her in the next year...

Definitely not.

But I am pretty sure that Supergirl Rebirth was intended to look like Helen Slater. So I'm not confident we will get another crack at her.

Wouldn't it be awesome if they released a case pack as follows, so you can just buy the case?

That would be convenient, so that's definitely off the cards for McFarlane...?

Wouldn't it be awesome if they released a case pack as follows, so you can just buy the case?

- Brandon Routh Superman Figure- Christopher Reeve Superman Figure (new or reissue?)- Henry Cavill Superman Figure- Supergirl Milly Alcock (new movie)- Lobo (new Supergirl movie)- Melissa Benoist Supergirl (CW Series)

or

- 2 x Brandon Routh Superman Figure- Christopher Reeve Superman Figure (new or reissue?)- Henry Cavill Superman Figure- 2 x Melissa Benoist Supergirl (CW Series)

or even better

- 1989 Joker x 2

- Brandon Routh Superman Figure- Christopher Reeve Superman Figure (new or reissue?)- Henry Cavill Superman Figure- Melissa Benoist Supergirl (CW Series)

Either way, i really hope they pack Joker in by a lot.

Really! I hadn't thought of that. (Well, we'll see.)?

I'm very happy about Superman (I've been eagerly awaiting Brandon Routh), but I don't understand what else they can get out of Christopher Reeve. I guess it will be the same body again, the same hands, maybe they'll correct the color of his wrists, maybe he'll get interchangeable faces and a Kryptonite necklace. I think it will be the same with Henry Cavill, a fabric cape, hands, maybe faces, perhaps we'll get a face that looks more like the actor. So I'm looking forward to them and the Supergirls too.
