Was it not some very short lived (if well drawn) dark fantasy thing by Dreamwave comics, that died alongside Transformers and other comics when Pat Lee ran the company into the ground? I always thought the main character was a ripoff of Guts from Berserk, he looked so similar, and half of the second volume was about fighting some big amalgam of corpses that was also straight out of Berserk...
Battle Chasers was by Joe Madureira at Wildstorm. It was very short lived at first and very slow to deliver new issues, but the art and certain character designs were interesting. I recently played a roleplaying game on Steam based on it and had fun. So I definitely remember it. I probably still have some of the original issues somewhere.

Anyway, the news was about Nighthawk or whoever... who is this guy, he looks like those chinese knockoff figures that merge different characters... in this case, repainting Hawkman into silver and black and giving him Captain America's shield...

Yes, I'm sorry you two even mentioned this as a possibility. Battlechasers figures would be amazing and now I'm thinking about how much I want them.

I'd pay that for a Wetworks fig. Or a Wildcat. Battlechasers, Darksiders, Even Supreme or Prophet.
If this was 25-35 price range...it would be a for sure grab (because he's a brotha) but yeah...not jumping that high. I WILL be going to track down some SH trades though!!

This figure does not seem like it's worth the ELITE$59.99 price tag. Maybe I'm missing something. Love the character and comic it's from though.
Thanks for the update. I was able to score 2. A friend wanted one also

It would be cool if they included a single-pack release of the 2023 Batman two-pack figure. While not the original classic look, that version of Spawn is the one most people recognize, making it a logical choice for an evergreen release on fan focused sites, although I would love to see McFarlane try less textured version and more arched M on his chest, just like that statue figure they did back in 2017 for Color Tops line.
