I'm confused on what makes this nightwing different. Still hoping we somehow get a white lantern rayner

At this stage of the McMultiverse line, I'd say almost certainly.

These are all so exciting, I don't know where to begin. First off, it'll be nice to expand my Green Lantern Corps, and it's great to finally get another solid modern Nightwing (especially since my Titans one got ruined). Mera is a must have. I'll need to see Raven and Wonder Girl before I make up my mind, but it's at least exciting to see their names. I haven't picked him up yet, but I always figured the Aquaman 2 Black Manta would work as a comics version, but an actual comics version is probably a better option, though again I'll have to wait until I actually see him. Hopefully the Darkseid of that two pack will finally be a good, classic Darkseid, no cape, and no pixel shading. I don't care whether he's dark blue or light blue, so long as he isn't based on Super Powers or a video game. And I missed out on the single release Orion, so I'll be happy to get him here. And I think most importantly, finally a classic Harley Quinn, she's definitely a must have. She didn't exist during the Bronze Age, so I don't know what to that labeling is, but I don't they'd call a post New 52 or post Rebirth Harley "Bronze Age" so I have to assume it's Dini and Timm's Jester design.
And if I'm being honest, I'll probably try and pick up that Plastic Man, the Batman #1 Batman (if rumors are true that it's based on the current Fraction run) and if he's short enough, that Tim Drake Robin

Considering how often Mcfarlane screw up what "age" a version is from, I'd say it's a safe bet that it's regular, classic Harley Quinn and they just went "Yeah, I guess she showed up in the Bronze Age, whatever"

Since Harley was created after the Bronze Age (which ended in the 1980s), I have no idea what a Bronze Ages Harley will be.

Yeah, fully aware of the continuous production cutbacks due to their mismanagement of the line. Nevertheless, unless you're talking red platinum, generally the most readily available figures (that is, the ones that don't sell out) are the Batman ones. If McFarlane actually wanted to move product, they'd cut back on trying to figure out what they can use for Batman iteration #273, and maybe do some of the notable, comic-based characters they've been avoiding for years.
Another comic Harley finally.
McFarlane drops have routinely sold out in minutes at Amazon, BBTS, EE, Walmart, and other online retailers for years. It dates back to at least Who is Wonder Woman. But WoT Supergirl, Power Girl, comic characters he hadn't made yet, and others typically sell out so fast that unless you are online right when they pop up, you will be scrounging to find them.
And as has been pointed out in McFarlane threads for years, not every area or every store stocks McFarlane figures in the same way. They are not easy to find for many (most really) people. He botched distribution of this line in the first year or two when he overproduced all the weird costumes and looks he was making (and everything was heavily discounted) and then cut back almost immediately to make collecting this line a very unpleasant experience for many people.
I want him to lose the license. I'm sick of dealing with his platinums, sellouts, and weird parts reuse. But I am not that sanguine about Mattel's line. They might look ok (Chronicles and Masterverse argue otherwise), but they will only come out in dribs and drabs.
