The final cash grab is here. None of these are "must wants" IMO. The Catwoman figure in grey would be a huge seller, but that's too obvious. Good Lord, they can't even make a comics' based Poison Ivy or Harley Quinn figure, let alone major comics' based figures of Batman villains like Ventriloquist & Scarface, Mad Hatter, Black Mask, Anarky, or Hugo Strange. Todd must have so much money that he just leaves stacks on the table.

If I were Mattel, I'd purposely produce all of the figures that Todd never would to complete people's collections. Think of all the positive press & good will they would make, plus enormous sales!

If leak lists are to be believed, we are getting Poison Ivy. We also are getting a Catwoman (I think it's Hush). Of course, we are getting at least one more 5 Batman wave, as well. So we will see.

Because Mattel is switching the scales, I imagine they will focus heavily on A-list characters in recognizable outfits to start (something McFarlane did NOT do). But as I say every time Mattel comes up, don't expect to see them release nearly as many figures as McFarlane (or Marvel Legends or Classified) does.

While I have zero doubt that this was a problematic figure to find, I have no memory of struggling to find it. I know I have one, and it definitely isn't the type I would have driven myself crazy trying to track down, so I must have wandered into a gamestop and found it in the wild at some point. I didn't even realize it was an exclusive, just knew that it went up in value on the aftermarket.

Yeah, I realize they might still do the Killing Joke cover version, but as a company they make some VERY strange decisions sometimes, and I have little faith in them in general as a result of it.

It seems a stretch to me that he will do two trench coat Joker figures in the ~12 or so total vault figures he releases to close out the line.

Year ain't over yet. They still might. They absolutely should put out the Killing Joke version. Time will tell if they do, I guess. To be fair, this version of Joker, while not impossible to find, was still very hard to find and had its own set of problems - a Gamestop exclusive that sold out in minutes and was rarely found in stores, and also initially up for preorder at Walmart as a supposed shared exclusive, only for it to turn out not to be, with Walmart cancelling every preorder when McFarlane didn't have any for them.I had to get mine from England at a small premium (thankfully less than pretty much every listing on Ebay).

As well it should be. It's lunacy that they never did a re-run of that, and salt on the wound to put out this version again instead.

Twitter is ablaze that this isn't the Killing Joke version that got hijacked.

Captain Carrot? Seriously? Were people really clamoring for Captain Carrot?

Starfire sells for almost $100. Same with Knightfall Catwoman or Woman of Tomorrow Supergirl. And he re-releases Captain Carrot.

We were definitely lucky to get Wonder Woman.

Agreed....OG Red Hood, Thomas Wayne Batman...the flipping Grim Knight go for crazy amounts. But yeah...let's toss out Captain Frickin Carrot again smh.

Wave 2 looks pretty solid. Even the bunny.

Anyone else skip the rest of the supermen because they initially missed out on cyborg? Oops.

I skipped Eradicator cause it looked awful....
