I really does, because if you don't know the context, it's ridiculous and looks like Superman in a giant Eagle mascot Mask, This is one of those instances where I'm kinda sad that Todd is losing the license because like..You cant not give the people the other Warpland characters, You started it now, Bat Man Batman...I mean that's a bad looking thing, but Like I'd just giggle with delight if they did Frogman and Octoman, take or leave that Hippo. But like these designs were hillarious.

In general I've not been a fan of McFarlane's DC efforts...the larger scale, awkward anatomical proportions, unflattering facial sculpts, unsightly articulation cuts, questionable costume choices, cheap-looking soft goods, etc.
To me his sweet spot has been the retro lines, particularly Super Friends, Batman 66, and the majority of his live-action-based figures. But to each their own. It's especially disappointing to see the Super Friends line winding down. And with such a paltry wave (which I gather will include an additional Platinum "Warpland" Super-Eagle-Man for whoever wants to chase it down).
I'm still holding out hope that the weird in Todd will see a Marvin, Wendy, & Wonder Dog release (maybe a boxed set).
But Samurai, El Dorado, Firestorm, Cyborg, Rima, the Hawks, Green Arrow, Plastic Man, Giganta, Grodd, Grundy, & Scarecrow all deserve their spots, too. Here's hoping the last few months of the year see another wave or two!

From what Ive heard the tool for Tim Drake Robin is either lost or unavailable, so they painted Grayson like Drake to serve as a stand in. Also, there was a line about Grayson wearing that suit at some point early on, so theres that.

Joker was never in the Legion of Doom, so he shouldnt be in the line at all. Its a nice figure, and Ill take it but there are 4 members that we wont get figures for given this is likely the last wave. I could be wrong and we are just getting 3 figure waves, now.
I dont want any characters from Super Powers and I sure as heck dont want Marvin, Wendy or Wonder Dog given those arent part of what this SF line represents. This is the Legion of Doom years, so we need Grodd, Grundy, Scarecrow and Giganta. You can get the BAF Grundy and Giganta (and Apache Chief if you want a larger Chief) from DCUC. All those should scale if you dont mind Giganta being in her enlarged state. DC Direct did Scarecrow in a SF 2-pack but his scaling is off. However, hes the correct version.
We need Hawk-Man and Samurai on the heros side. Was Green Arrow Super Powers or was he around during the Legion days? Add him if Legion.
We would need any evil versions of the League that were in that episode that we havent already received. If you wanted to be a real stickler then youd need the rest of the characters needed in Phantom Zone deco. I found that Batman at one of my Gamestops, so those would be a goid subline. Its not the end of the world if we get none of them, though.

To be honest I apperciate these figures sometimes from Todd, they really do dip into the bag and produce some fun characters, Like I have to say I really think it's great to see Apache Chief, and hey kinda nice they gave him soft goods, I think out of all the things Todd won't be doing in 2027 the Super Friends and Super Powers would kinda be missed, they have a delightful quirk to them, maybe it's nostalgia hitting, but it's very fun to see figures that look like you would have seen them on a peg when you were a kid, but characters that probably would have been overlooked at that time, or never even existed for that matter.

We never actually saw him in those colors on screen, but when Tim Drake became Robin in the third season, AKA, The New Batman Adventures, he refers to the suit he eventually wears as "The Original Robin suit", implying Dick wore it at some point
