FUNDA Con, you say, hmmm, I want to say this is just going to be a EB Games store tour, they wouldn't bother with this if it wasn't, it's likely going to be nothing but a bigger con-emulating EB games store, Since why would they bother to compete with Fan Expo which literally is taking place days before and is the San Diego Comic con of Canada. People will have fatigue and won't be trying to have to spend more money at FUNDA Con.

He doesn't look bad, I just wish they made the collar part of the cape sculpted

Hes the definitive, classic Spawn and has great psint, sculpt, wired soft goods and metal. If he had something furry then that would have been there. If he had tons of sculpted detail then that wouldnt be the classic design. Well definitely get variants since they showed more in the past. This also kicks off the Image Comics sub-line so were going to have perfect representations of all the figures announced and more in the future if it sells well.
He sold out quick on BBTS! Not sleeping on this one- glad I got him ordered on EE. He looks like the classic and definitive spawn.

I really don't get what is so elite about this figure; it looks no different than any other Spawn or McFarlane figure (and probably doesn't even have a good ab crunch like most McFarlane figures). The sculpt is even more simplistic than any other Spawn, which is usually more detailed, but this figure should represent the original, more simplistic design, so it's given. The only reason I would say this figure would be worth 50-60 would be if it included that church top base, even if it was just fully hollow.
I really loved what I was seeing here, I was so into this figure, and Would love to be but I couldn't justify the price of 70 (at some places) and 80 at others for this figure, that seems like a steep asking price, I do adore it, but I just don't think it's worth what's being asked.
