Neca has announced the following in regards to their 2007 SDCC Comic Con God Of War Excluisve figure:

We regret to inform you that due to scheduling issues we will not be able to offer the "Poseidon's Rage Kratos" exclusive Comic-Con figure at this time. We are looking at opportunities to offer this or another special version of Kratos in the future.
