In this weeks edition focuses Miscellaneous questions. Check out the entire Q&A below:

If X-Men First Class is successful, any chance you’ll produce an expanded line of products? (Busts, Marvel Select, etc)

DSTChuck: Sorry Will, with the timing of everything we were only able to secure rights to Minimates.

James S
Will there be any variant figures for the xmen first class minimates? Possibly a diamond skin Emma, a “human” mystique, or normal Hank? Also, are you really not making a banshee or Moira?!? Isnt banshee one of the pivotal characters? And (lastly) could you fill us geeks in on any accessories that will be coming with them? Thanks guys

DSTChuck: No there are no variants planned at this time in the First Class line. The only accessories of note I can think of are Magneto’s helmet and Azazel’s “bamf”.

Bran Bogdanovic
1 question… are going to come out w/ knight rider products or are those just idea prototypes?

DSTChuck: Right now all we have shown are early prototypes, we would then refine them and send to our factory for production for actual products. You might see some product in stores at the end of this year if all goes well.

Robert Ormondroyd
Hi, I was looking at your site, and was excited to see the new knight rider models you are working on, can you give me more info on these releases? and the release dates? Are you working on a SPM 1:18 KITT? will it have working “popping out” parts? also will the scanner work? thanks so much for your help regards, Rob

DSTChuck: Rob, we are still way to early to get into that kind of detail but I do know that the SPM parts will not just pop out, they will have to be an all new version of the car.

Sam English
Hey Chuck. Those Munsters figures of yours are really amazing looking, & horror figs seem to be popular. I was wondering if you had ever considered the likes of Monster in My Pocket? Perhaps a 7″ figure line, each could come with a little colourful version more in the style of the original toys. Maybe Minimates. I have no idea who holds the rights, though both Matchbox & Corinthian have released toys under the MIMP label. Vampires, warlocks & witches, winged panthor & one of my faves - Medusa! Such an array of creatures, it would be amazing to see something like this from DST one day. MIMP was one of the first toy lines I collected! Take care Chuck…& try to get that Retro Chapel out on time! :-D

DSTChuck: Sam I do not think we have any plans for something like that. I am glad you like the Munsters images you have seen and if those do well we’ll be sure to look at other horror type lines.

Rafael Rodrigues
Hey everyone! great to know Psylocke (Marvel Select) is likely to be released! Also i wanna know if Ms.Marvel Marvel Sleect is likely too? I want those 2 women so bad! lol Thanks you! !

DSTChuck: I do not recall ever saying likely but she is one we would consider. I don’t think Marvel Girl would be as high on our list. With only 9 releases a year is difficult if not impossible to do all the figures collectors would want to see.
