Tips For Ordering Mezco Summer Exclusives:
Know your bill-to address: Make sure that the bill to address you enter on your order is exactly the same as the bill to address your credit/debit card company has on file. Any variations could cause your card to be declined. (For example if you enter Suite 101, and your credit/debit card company has Apt 101, this might cause your order to be declined).
Know your credit/debit card limit: Some credit and debit cards have daily limits, if you try to charge more than the daily limit your order may be declined. Declined orders are removed from the system, and items may not be available when you try to re-order.
Use the correct shipping address: For security reasons, Mezco is unable to change your shipping address once the order is placed.
When using Paypal: Please note that you leave the Mezco site and enter the Paypal site in order to enter your payment information, during that time items are not held from stock and may sell out.
Enter the correct credit card type/information: Make sure the card type matches the card number; for example if you select card type AMEX but enter a VISA number, the system will decline your order.
Set up a Mezco account in advance: If you don't have a Mezco account, set one up in advance. This will make your ordering experience as smooth as possible.
Save your Order ID number: If there are any issues or questions after your order is placed, Mezco can better serve you if you have your Order ID number available.
Check your Order History: if you experience a problem and are unsure if your order went through, check your Order History, if the order isn't listed in your Order History then the order did not go through.
Items in your shopping cart are not secured for purchase: An item placed in your shopping cart is not secured until you complete check out. If you leave an item in your shopping cart and take too long to check out that item may no longer be available.
