I guess they couldnt get rights for Tank girl and just repurposed existing sculpt for Harley, because this is wayyyyyyyy too Tank girl looking.
i was thinking more along the lines of tank girl. I'm going to get it to go with punk joker, just might have to get a hold of the unmasked head from the other version.
I totally agree, looks like a Nazi Harley with the helmet and all. Then again, crazy has no bounds.
Of all Harleys that they could have done I have no clue why did they pick this one?
