Lego recently announced on their
Cuusoo site that fans can start submiting their ideas and designs to be considered for future Doctor Who LEGO sets to be made by the company.
The Cuusoo site was created so fans could submit their ideas and designs for proposed sets they wish to see made by LEGO for official release. Once a set is submitted, it then has to receive enough votes from fellow fans to be considered by LEGO. Some licenses are off limits to LEGO due to third party conflicts. In those cases, fans are told they can not submit designs to be considered for those licenses since LEGO would not be allowed to make them. Doctor Who had previously been one of those off-limit licenses, but apparently that recently has changed. Fans have now been given the go-ahead to start submitting their Doctor Who LEGO set designs. So if you have always wanted to see Doctor Who LEGO sets, you better dust off that design table and get cracking to come up with something good for LEGO to consider.
