Cobra Commander:Ahhh...our newest member of the PRISONERS ELITE club....DUKE! Are we attempting to NUKE'em tonight? heh heh heh
DOCTOR:: Patience Commander...PATIENCE!
Cobra Commander: So Mindbender...are you just playing with our guest tonight, or are you actually working on something to which I MAY be entertained?
Dr. Mindbender: Trust me Commander, you will find my advances in DNA tampering MOST useful, as well as "entertaining" !
Dr. Mindbender: Behold Cobra Commander, as I use my adrenaline absorbing energy device, to extract the very essence of what makes these heroic G.I.Joes so determined and BRAVE and relentless in their pursuits to thwart EVERY effort and idea of COBRAS goal for world domination!
Cobra Commander: Spare me the long winded theatrics Doctor, and GET ON WITH IT!
Dr. Mindbender: Allow me to go on, dear commander, as I only ask of your patience for the next few moments, and you will see our strong & brave Duke, reduced to but a trembling, fearful shell of the man he USED to be!

DUKE via HULK incarnation: GRRRRRRRAAAAA....I'LL TEAR YOU LIMB FROM LIMB MINDBENDER!
Suddenly...the chamber containing the transformed Duke, begins to expand and appear as if it's about to blow apart..
Cobra Commander: So Mindbender...are you planning on doing this to ALL the G.I.Joes, and to WHAT, may I ask, advantage to COBRA ? !!!!

Cobra Commander: May I ask again..WHAT exactly were you trying to accomplish with this foolish blunder of an experiment?
Dr. Mindbender: While I believe that you have every right to an answer Commander, I find it difficult to understand the urgency of answering NOW!
Three long corridors of running and an elevator ride to the 6th level, later...
Cobra Commander: Well Mindbender, I think it's safe to assume we've escaped your so-called "reduced to but a mere SHELL of the man he WAS"...Duke monster!

Cobra Commander: GOOD LORD MINDBENDER! You've turned DUKE into a CLAM34!!!!
Dr. Mindbender: While I have no idea of who the HELL you're talking about Commander, I trust it's not a GOOD thing!
DUKE/HULK: What have you done to ME Mindbender {{{aaargh}}}] WHAT HAVE YOU DONE..????
Trying to flee from the hulking incarnation of Duke, our foolish Cobras find themselves instantly in his skull crushing grasp...
Duke/Hulk: I'LL DESTROY YOU ALL FOR THIS, I'LL DESTROY EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU!!!!
Dr. Mindbender: YEEEEAAAH...HELP ME COMMANDER!
Cobra Commander: You're on your own Doctor...you made him, YOU take care of him!!!
Only one mere Neo-Viper stands to defend the helpless Doctor, but one mere Neo-Viper is hardly ENOUGH...
