Stargate SG-1 Season 7 Set For October Release!

MGM Home Entertainment has announced the October 19 release of Stargate SG-1 - Season 7 on DVD.

List-pricing for $69.96 (same as the last several releases), this 5-disc set is playing up the return of series favorite Daniel Jackson by putting his photo back on the cover group shot:

Special features on this next-to-last season include Audio Commentaries for each episode, a new "Beyond the Gate" featurette, and another entry in the "SG-1 Directors Series" of featurettes. As always, this is presented in widescreen and with Dolby 5.1 sound. Running time is said by MGM to be 966 minutes, for what is expected to include 22 episodes of the SciFi action/drama favorite.
